Our Manufacturing Facility

Our manufacturing unit is located on Jessore Road in Satgachi, Kolkata, West Bengal. The facility houses multiple fully automatic paper cup forming machines capable of producing over 1 crore (10 million) cups per month. The production line includes dedicated stations for paper storage, printing, die-cutting, cup forming, quality inspection, and packaging.

All paper stock is stored in temperature-controlled conditions to maintain optimal moisture levels — critical for consistent cup formation and print quality. Our printing station features modern flexographic machines capable of up to six-colour printing with food-safe inks. The die-cutting section uses precision tools that are regularly maintained and calibrated to ensure exact cup dimensions within tight tolerances.

The heart of our operation is the cup-forming section, where automatic machines take die-cut blanks, form them into cone shapes, seal the side seam using ultrasonic welding technology, fold and seal the bottom, and curl the top rim — all in a single continuous operation. Ultrasonic sealing is superior to traditional glue-based sealing because it creates a stronger, cleaner bond without introducing any adhesive materials that could compromise food safety.

Our quality control section performs multiple checks on every batch: leak testing (cups filled with water for 24 hours), dimensional measurement, print registration verification, PE coating integrity assessment, and random FSSAI compliance sampling. Only batches that pass all tests are approved for packaging and dispatch.
